Large area is considered to be chest, full back, full legs, full arms, full abdomen, chest & abdomen. Depending on the area of hair removal, you may need about 4 to 6 treatments spaced 4 to 8 weeks apart. In most cases, after your initial treatments, laser hair removal should be permanent if you have a yearly touch-up session. However, if you currently under any kind of hormonal therapy, take multivitamins or biotin, or if you have the type of hair that has no pigment (light blonde, light red or white hair) - laser therapy would be ineffective.
